News & Notices

Greendale Estate, built in 2010, is a Supportive Housing and Assisted Living complex that encourages “aging in place” in the comfort of familiar surroundings. It is attached to Menno Home, a faith-based personal care home where 40 elders reside.

Greendale Estate is owned and operated by the Board of Directors of Menno Home for the Aged.

Greendale Estate offers 30 Assisted Living suites in a three storey setting as well as Supportive Housing in 12 suites on the main floor of a modern, well designed building. The entire complex is wheelchair  accessible and an elevator provides easy access to upper floors.

We are pleased to offer a fully furnished Hospitality Suite for rent for family and friends of Menno Home and Greendale Estate tenants. This suite has been fully furnished by a very generous donation from the Grunthal Lions Club. Call the Greendale property manager  to make arrangements.

Rent Supplement is available for tenants who qualify under Manitoba Housing Rent Supplement program.

The facility manager is able to assist with applications, provide a tour of the building and help answer questions. Supportive Housing applicants  will need the involvement of their Home Care Coordinator.
