Rent is due on or before the first of the month. All tenants or their responsible family members are asked to arrange for automatic rent payment withdrawals with the property manager. There will be a $20.00 fee added for each dishonored or returned payment.
Unless other arrangements are made: Rent period starts when the room is first occupied by either furniture, tenant or both.
Assisted Living service package includes rent, either one or two meals daily (excluding breakfast), light housekeeping and weekly laundering of bed and bath linens or your choice of either service.
Supportive Housing service package includes rent, three meals plus a snack daily, light housekeeping, and weekly laundering of bed and bath linens.
